Harry Potter

About 4 years ago I was working on "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1". The script was not even done yet so I was working from the book creating very quick sketches and inspirational images for the team. I'm very glad as this visions make it through the film on it's final stage. Here are some of those images and ideas.

On a presentation of Virginie Boudin here in Germany she mentioned, that you've made some Colorkeys for the movie, but she didn't showed us any of them, so i'm feeling glad that i can enjoy them now.

Hi Alberto!
Can you give me some advice, some books to read about color/light theory?
How to work with the light color temperature and it's influence on the global color...
I would like to practice a little but I don't have any Idea.
I follow your blog since 2009. Congratulations about your work, they are spiring!

Thank you guys.

David. Not sure mate. best thing it's just paint and look. and paint, and look. and paint. But best of all is paint and look. Books are great when you stop painting and looking.
